I wanna say "thank you!❤️" to Lauren of PetSmart Poco branch... Lauren is a good example of great customer service. She greeted me and my baby Alfie with a big smile, made me feel at ease by reassuring me Alfie will be in good hands. Kudos to people like Lauren...theirs is not an easy job...but they do their best.

We came here after being disappointed by the service and selection of a local store. We were so happy to come into contact with Luke, who was very patient with our family with two wild children running around. Luke was informative, kind, and passionate about animal care. We left very happy and plan to come back soon.

Got my puppy last Friday and our first stop was there. Staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and clearly love their jobs! We have been in several times since and nothing but incredible service. Already signed up for their puppy classes! Thanks folks…. You have helped this new dad tremendously
