Had my nails done (shellac) on a Tuesday and on Friday three had already peeled. I contacted her and she said to come back in. I was then lectured about how they offer no guarantee and that although she will fix it this time, but she will not do it again. She then removed the shellac, and then went to work on another customer and just left me there without saying a word. After a while she finally came back and finished my nails. Then 2 days later, my nails are peeling again! She tried to blame it on my nails but I’ve had my nails done a million times before and this has NEVER happened. They always last over 3 weeks at least. This is the worst place to ever go to!!! I came in for a fill, they charged me $60 for a that! Single color, plan white The whole time they were talking mad crap about me to each other. Without knowing that my friend beside me understood very word they said. Also, the nails turned out uneven, and all bulky from the nail polish. I politely asked to get they fixed at least filed at the edges. Some nails are longer than others. Which their response was "we have other clients, we can't help you" they made me still pay yelling at me and laughing. At the end I had to go to a different salon get my nails redone, paid again. Workers at the other salon were telling me how the work was done on so shitty and I should go complain. But the time that that salon took from me without resolution, I never went back and wont ever recommend if not the apposite.

3 weeks ago I got my nails gone and now 3 weeks later they are lifting. I went back and the nail technician could care less. All she would do is remove them or redo them and take 10% off. I said that was very poor service and she could care less. I will never go there again. I would like to give 0 starsService: Acrylic nails
