Jeff is a very conscientious person and does beautiful work. He works with a great bunch of people and is awesome to get along with. JKB construction is the way to go if you want quality for a fair price.

Jeff has done three large projects for us - our kitchen and main floor, our exterior including a large covered deck and most recently a bathroom and hvac. Consistently, Jeff is at the site constantly moving the project along, and staying on top of the subcontractors. Jeff has always been open to working through my “ideas” to make them workable. We trust Jeff to do a quality job and to steer us through the crazy unknowns that all renovations have in an older home. Thanks Jeff!!

Every time we hear homeowners complain about their renovation we thank our lucky stars that JKB Construction specifically Jeff was our contractor. We had a complete reno of our townhouse.
Jeff was so reliable in every way. He completed the project in the time he told us and for the price he quoted. He has a great crew working with him who all spoke so highly of him. We had an unanticipated issue with an unsupported ceiling joist requiring the Strata Engineer to be involved. We almost lost our place in line for the countertop delivery but Jeff stayed late and did what needed to be done to keep everything on track.
