Overall, the service was fantastic! We had an issue with the power to the lights in one of the bedrooms, and he figured out the problem right away and got it fixed in no time. The only hiccup was that he arrived about 40 minutes later than expected and didn’t give us a heads-up. We almost left for the day and could have missed him. It would be great if he could communicate a bit better if he's running late, just so we know.

Navid helped us last summer with a breaker fault. Kept his business card on our breaker. Blew the breaker today, and my house inside was over 30 degrees. Not only did Navid speak to me on the phone and go through different options, he offered to come out the next day. He asked to me to send a picture of a breaker which I did. We went back and forth through text and pictures and he solved the problem. I asked if I could pay for his time to which he politely declined. In this heat wave not having AC was my worst nightmare but he came through. I appreciate his professionalism and most of all his kindness.
