We have been taking our Nova Scotia duck toller to good dog for about 1.5 years now and I have nothing but amazing things to say about the daycare and boarding! The staff are exceptional, the facility is top tier and the care provided is amazing.
From the moment you walk in to every step along the way, everything is so efficient and organized, with the dogs best interest always remaining their number one priority.
We get lots of updates, down to every little detail - whenever the dog has gotten a scratch or if he weighs in below/above what his original weight was they are sure to let us know and offer solutions. I love that they perform health checks... read full review
I wish I could give this place 10 stars out of 5. I have a brand new 8 week old puppy. They were very good about making me feel comfortable and making my puppy feel comfortable. Kristen and Mikayla (sorry if I spelled your names wrong) were lovely. I got all the support and education I wanted in a email and I will for sure be using their services going forward. Location is close to my house, the store front is welcoming and professional. It made a new stressed puppy mom at ease with how easy it was to inquire and then receive services. Thanks!
Highly recommend Good Dog for daycare, boarding and grooming services. This was our first time boarding our 6 year old dog Sammy. Of course we were a bit nervous but his trial daycare day eased any concerns we had. The staff are so friendly, helpful and kind. They have fantastic customer service and all our questions were answered promptly and fully. We sent our dog for a daycare trial as well as an overnight trial and his following stay (9 nights) went extremely well.
