Best place for a good strong automotive degreaser, amazing tire shine, very friendly staff, good prices. A good honest shop. Its hard to find good detailing chemicals now at a good price. But this place is good. Jose came by my place to deliver my order, when i told him my tornador had quit working be instantly volunteered to take it with him to diagnose the issue and let me know. Few days later he returned it to me working properly. Turned out to be the weighted tube and siphon tube were rotted internally. He repaired them and returned it to me quickly. Super pleased with ducan and especially jose. Will always be buying from these guys.

My Dad and I have been using Ducan products on our homes for decades--they are easy to use and are durable when applied to sound substrates according to the instructions. Serendipidously, I got to meet Ducan's owner, Robert, yesterday when I responded to his Craig's List advertisement about free chain-link fencing. After Shannon showed me the fencing that they were giving away, their staff lent me tools and helped me dismantle what I wanted. I learned that Robert's father had started the business in the 1960s, and while they sell mostly through distribution (e.g. Home Depot) now, they still cater to the do-it-yourselfer.
