Lois is on top of everything, the prices are reasonable and all of the workers are polite and helpful! Lois is also easy to contact about anything and is very reliable! Would definitely do business with this company again!
After returning home from a few days away, I discovered my garburator leaking under the sink. I contacted Creative Plumbing for assistance, and they promptly sent Tom to address the issue within two days. Tom's attention to detail was impressive; he requested a photo of the garburator in advance to ensure he brought the correct pipe and even brought along two matching plugs. His foresight prevented any mismatched plugs in my double sink, which I greatly appreciated as I dislike clutter. Tom effortlessly replaced both plugs with brand new ones, ensuring uniformity in my sink drains. Very good service. Personable young plumber arrived on time (on the afternoon of New Years eve!) and unclogged our p-trap under kitchen sink. We were ever so happy to be able to use our kitchen again after only one day of having to not use our kitchen water source -- so dependent on kitchen water for everything in our condominium!
