My furnace was putting out way too much carbon dioxide and Fortis said to stop using it until the problem could be diagnosed and fixed. I called Trevor at Atmosphere and he put me the calendar for the first available date and then was able to come a whole day earlier. This was all during the coldest weather of the year!
His tech was thorough and certified the furnace as sound. The problem was likely a buildup of ice on the exhaust due to the really cold temperatures.
Very pleased with the service and I would recommend them and will use them again.
Tech was great. Kept me in the loop of what he was doing. The price was very good compared to another company in Langley G...yWill be using them in the future. Txv valve was replaced.
