The consultant we had was professional, knowledgeable and assisted me with a rebate program I was not aware of that saved me thousands on the final bill. The crew that installed our system left our space spotless and were very respectful of our home. The consultant stopped by after installation to show me how to use the system and tips/troubleshooting. Additionally, the administrative staff are friendly and helpful. 10/10!

I would not hesitate to highly recommend Pacific Rim Heat Pumps. The whole company team that interfaced with us (Zack, Selina, Chris, Mark and Jason) were exceptionally knowledgeable, responsive, creative and professional. The Mitsubishi ductless heat pump products that they install, in my opinion, are the top tier of the industry. Zack designed the location and installation of the outdoor heat pump and three interior heads, one wall mounted and two floor mounted models, in the most efficient and functional places.
