Great service model! Got home after being away and it was obvious our furnace had quit. Derek was great and had two technicians out same day. We have a young family and the kids bedrooms were 44deg F They were very understanding and had the furnace fixed after a run to town for parts. The two technicians were extremely professional and great with our girl who’s bedroom is off the furnace room. This is the second time we have called on them last minute and both times have been more then impressed. Thx Southern
