I highly recommend this company. The service was so fast and efficient. The owner is very knowledgeable and kind. Our furnace broke during a cold snap and Alex came out the day we called. The workers who came to install our furnace were so kind and professional. We had a brand new furnace the next day! Extremely satisfied with the serve we received.Service: Heating system installation
Recommended by a friend that had Response install his furnace. I called Alex in late May to have our AC unit serviced as it wasn’t working.Turns out it was a quick electrical fix, but Alex inspected our furnace while he was there. The furnace, original to the home, was 48 years old and Alex found the heat exchanger to be corroded. Alex and his crew have been outstanding. We had another company come to check our furnace andAC system, and they completely missed the extensive problems with the existing furnace. Alex was forthright and honest in his evaluation of our heating and cooling system. He also was able to replace both units within a short period of time, as promised. Furthermore, he ensured we had the proper documentation to send off for Fortis.
