They delivered the hot tub and accessories. Then they returned a few days later to install the lift and tub cover attachments after the electrician came and hooked up the hot tub. Also, unlike the other stores they didn’t tell me that WCB demanded that the hot tub be placed by a crane. The tub arrived on a tilt trailer onto a mover with 4 wheels, front and back. Easily moved across my lawn, leaving no marks or damage at all.
