This is an overdue review. I've dealt with Haute House on 2 occasions and in both of them they have been amazing. This last time I was looking to replace the drapes and some blinds. Laurie was fantastic! She was on time for every meeting, very respectful and detailed. We've met with Laurie multiple times to go over the details of the drapery and blinds and she always had answers and if not, she was able to find the answers. The drapes look great! I was never excited by any piece of furniture or drapery, but after the installation I couldn't believe how nice they were made and how well they fit, the colour, the length, everything was perfect! 5 Star +++. Nadine has been spectacular in helping me source furniture. She has been so easy to speak to and quick to answer our calls. Most importantly during the pandemic it has been very difficult to source items or confirm timelines. She takes everything on as a personal mission and really puts the customers first. Even apologizing when things are out of her control. I would highly recommend this company and specifically Nadine. She is a gem to deal with and I hope others will feel the same way.

Nadine has guided my interior design dreams for 15 years. When needing window coverings she assessed my needs and budget and came up with the best blinds for my home. 13 years later I couldn't be more pleased with her recommendations. She has also guided my design dreams providing furniture,a custom headboard and design /color consultations. Her eye for detail and customer service make every experience a positive one.
