July 2nd - We were experiencing the highest temperatures ever and our A/C was not working. We were not able to find anybody to come out to fix it - all contractors were busy with broken heat pumps and A/C units, so I decided to give it a go. We ran into Brian in front of AC Motors in Penticton. I asked him some questions and he was more than willing to help. I asked to buy a part from him that the store had ran out of, and he readily obliged and told me how to install it. We went home and installed it but ran into other issues. Brian had given me his business card so I called him. He stayed with me on the phone for an hour to diagnose and instruct me on how to fix the problem. Somehow, we manage to get the heat pump working again, and I asked him how much I owed him for his time and he said... nothing! This man went above and beyond to help me out in my time of need. He was professional, patient and honest, I would definitely use him in the future and I highly recommend him to anyone.Service: A/C system maintenance

Great, professional and timely work. Changed out my entire home from electric to gas in the time promised. Work done was impeccable and Brian communicated with me all the way through.
