Customer service is fabulous. Good variety of higher end dog food. Usually able to find some deals too. Cool self serve dogwashing station at the back of the store too. My main 'Go To' for pet food and supplies.

Bosley‘s has helped me get so much supplies for my kittens and my dog both my animals love coming in and visiting the store and the kind and friendly worker there especially Ainsley. She really helps me most of the time I come in there.

Had an amazing experience here, I was not having a good day at all. I just popped in because I was shopping next door at Walmart and the girls there were so lovely. Offered me carryout and tons of information about different foods. I had been paying a ridiculous amount for Royal Canin food that was all fillers, and they offered many different brands. I ended up going with their house brand that was cheaper than my previous food and much better quality. These girls have given some of the best customer service I have ever had in Penticton! 10/10 Will never shop at another pet store ever.
