Extremely quick and efficient! Customer service was great, I was nervous about needles but they calmed my nerves and got me a juice box. Will be sending all my labs here in the future.

Went in today with my hubby & child. Absolutely best manners I've ever seen at a laboratory in the Okanagan area. Very bright, clean, open facility. I 100% think I will only be going back each time I need blood drawn. The wait was incredibly fast as well.

Amazing! The best lab in BC! My vessel is too narrow to get blood from usually, so I felt quite nervous to go to labs. Last time in Kelowna, it took me 30mins and two different nurses to get 1 tube of blood, it was quite challenging and painful… So today I felt even more nervous when I knew I need to contribute 5 tubes…but the NURSE here is exceptionally skillful, she successfully got 5 tubes of blood from my arm WITHIN 1min! while talking with me casually. I kept my eyes closed all the way, so when she said all is done, I didn’t even realize what has happened! All the work is done successfully and smoothly!
