We had new carpeting and luxury vinyl plank installed by The Floor Store and we were more than pleased with the whole process. The quote that we received from Corey was comprehensive, professional and very competitive. The installation crew, Jason, Paul and Justin were terrific to deal with. I recently had the Floor Store install hardwood and vinyl in my 1500 square-foot rancher. Glue down hardwood throughout, paired with glue down vinyl in the laundry room and the two bathrooms.
The installation was top notch, seamless and noticeably level.
Cory walked me through the preparation process, even taking time out of his day to show me what needed to be done, as I attempted to grind down the high spots in the concrete slab myself.
