We are extremely dissatisfied with the service. The technician made a huge mistake and blew soot all over our suite, which was a mistake and could have easily been rectified with a cleaner. However, the comfort group then expected me to hire a cleaner, which was practically impossible due to the emergent nature of the issue and the extent of the damage. I had to do much of the cleaning myself. They then assured me they would reimburse me for the cleaning and the cost of putting my tenant in a hotel. We had Casey show up to do our maintenance this year. He was friendly and professional. In addition, he told me about some features that are very beneficial that I did not know how to properly use (i.e follow me). I have been very happy with the service thus far.

We had Vasyl and Ivan at our home performing duct cleaning. They are a team.They worked quietly and systematically and together. They did not rush around to try and get to the next job but did a thorough job with the evidence being what they showed us, what was extracted from our ductwork after completing the job.
