I have been going to your Parksville store since you opened at Pioneer Plaza. It was not a pleasant experience until Connie started working here. Everytime I come in, she greets everyone with a smile and takes time with each customer to get to know them a little better. I enjoy that and it somehow makes the experience more pleasant and warm that you want to keep coming back, hoping to get the same service.
