I wanted to leave a comment regarding the most Amazing service we received from Neil at the OK tire in Osoyoos BC!! My daughter was very distraught after receiving horrible service at Canadian Tire in Oliver (she had a damaged tire & had to keep filling it with air to get from Osoyoos to Oliver & back). She limped into the OK Tire in Osoyoos with a very upset 6 yr old in tow. Neil at the Osoyoos location put a used tire (as her’s was not fixable) on her car & sent her on her way. Payment was to buy her daughter (the very upset 6 yr old) an ice cream that night!! I can tell you service like this goes a long way! My daughter came back to our campsite at NK’Mip where we are camping with several other family members. Who now also know what incredible service was given to our daughter when she really needed a break! Word of mouth goes a Long way & I will work hard to make sure this story gets out there!
