Staff are so knowledgeable and the store always looks amazing! They do so much for the animal community. The dog wash area is so convenient. All your supplies are there. So much better than washing at home!

I never give anyone a great. However, the service and staff make this store are definitely in that category. i have never gone in this store when anyone has been in a bad mood or grumpy or just basically ignored you. Such a refreshing change from most places I have frequented in the past few years. The staff at this store definitely deserves a big shout out for always being helpful, friendly and patient. Good going.
