I felt super comfortable with the team at VCA. I just adopted a cat and he needed to have a routine checkup. The team was very professional, Christina, did a great job explaining what they were going to do and some of the things to be mindful of being a new cat owner. Super reasonable price as well.
When my cat was puking blood, I was in an absolute panic and the wonderful team at Highlands were calm, supportive, and caring. They walked me through the whole process and gave me multiple options at multiple price points. I left knowing that Hammy was in good hands. I was a bit rattled at the time but I remember Carolina being very nice and Carla at reception being very patient with me. Thank you very much Highlands!
Staff are great and give you all the information you need to make an informed decision about your pet. I don't feel pressured to pay for unnecessary tests or treatments and they always give me options on how to proceed with any issues that come up.
