It was a pleasure working with Jeff from Urban Waterworks. He is very knowledgeable, and came up with a creative solution to a drainage problem that I’d been dealing with for years. I would gladly use his services again in the future.

We had water backing up into our basement shower and started to panic. Quickly looked online for someone to fix this and found Jeff. Very polite man. He talked to me like a normal human and made it simple for me to understand what was wrong. Turned out that nothing should be going down a toilet drain and even though the package says flushable, it isn't. Made me laugh when he said anything that can be flushed down a toilet can be labeled "flushable". He put a camera in the pipe in our driveway and found that there was roots from the trees that had gone through the cracks in the pipe and it made everything blocked.
