Jason was able to come right away to change my locks after I'd lost my keys, and he did a great job, made sure everything was working properly even on some locks that had frozen up. Very personable, efficient, and reasonable service!
I needed to get copies cut of an unusual 4 sided security key and had trouble finding a locksmith that could complete the task. Most took one look at the key, shook their heads and said no or advised me to try somewhere else. I was running out of options when Tidey Lock & Key was recommended to me.
It was a last resort, and I was not overly hopeful, But when I presented the key in question I was not met with an outright no, on the contrary Brandon took the key off me and started to search through his supplier reference catalogues, hard copied not electronic versions, to try and source the key blank from which the key could be cut. Easy 5 stars. I went in to their store as a new customer in January 2025 as I'd lost the keys to my truck canopy. They picked the locks, rekeyed them and took it upon themselves to repair the latching mechanisms that had been bothersome for years. They spent far more time than I'm sure I paid them for, but wouldn't stop until they'd solved all the issues. Great guys - I hope I can give them more business in the future. Thank you.
