William and his HVAC team were amazing. We had been struggling to get anyone to sort out our Heat Pump issues for several months, including two other companies that shall not be named. William responded immediately to my email inquiry, sorted out our complex problem within three days, and ordered and installed our new heat pump within three and a half weeks. I could not recommend them more highly.
Pedro was amazing! He arrived exactly at the time the company had told me to expect him. He was polite, friendly, thorough in his work, and did a wonderful job at what ended up being a bit more complicated than we had thought initially. He checked his work at the end of his job and left everything clean and tidy, including taking away the old kitchen faucet and pieces not needed, for disposal. He answered my questions and explained things well, communicating with caring, respect and courtesy . He is a true professional, and from our conversation while he was working, an exceptional young man with many talents and interests. The company is very fortunate to have him!

Sean and William recently installed a dual fuel heat pump system into our home, allowing us to take advantage of the recent $10,000 Fortis BC grant. We are happy to have air conditioning this summer!
William was on site installing the new system within a week of us agreeing to proceed. Every day the house was left clean and tidy. Permitting approval was quick and easy.
Great workmanship overall, I would highly recommend SMR Plumbing and Heating to anyone interested in upgrading their furnace, or for any other plumbing and heating needs.
