Staff was understanding and patient when I was disappointed that the doctor was late. Overall pretty good experience and they have booking clerk which helps with the wait time on the phone.
Very happy with my experience today. The DR I saw was very helpful and great at explaining everything to me. They suggested I get a shot which I was able to get done at the same appointment. It was the least stressful shot I've ever had and the nurse who administer it, Donna, was an absolute joy.
I want to express my gratitude to Dr. Madeline Oosthuizen for the outstanding personal and professional service, she has been proving me. Dr. Oosthuizen is very understanding, helpful, friendly, reliable, honest and operate with integrity. Thank you Dr. Oosthuizen!
