Pinetree Acupuncture is a clinic where practitioners are kind, caring, friendly, knowledgeable, and positive. They take time to listen to patients' symptoms and concerns, making them feel completely at ease, truly looked after, and at ease. Treatments are attentive and effective, with considerable improvement noticed with each session. Patients report dramatic improvement and almost immediate relief from conditions like a frozen neck, pain from a car accident, headaches, nausea, dizziness, and back pain. The clinic provides acupuncture and Tui Na, with practitioners explaining everything, including the aims and reasons behind treatments, and setting clear plans. The experience is wonderfully different, with many patients becoming firm believers in acupuncture. The clinic also offers the convenience of pre-approved ICBC treatments. It is highly recommended as a wonderful place to receive treatment.
I walked into Dr. Kim’s office with a completely frozen neck. I hadn’t been able to move it even an inch for four days. I was exhausted from the constant pain and frustrated that muscle relaxants and pain medication weren’t helping at all. I was in excruciating discomfort and had never tried acupuncture before.
Dr. Kim took the time to listen to my symptoms and made me feel completely at ease. Even after just one session, I had mobility in my neck again… something I hadn’t thought was possible after days of being stuck. The relief was almost immediate. I couldn’t believe it - it was like magic.

Went to see Dr. Kim after a car accident. Had a minor concussion caused headache, nauseous and dizziness. Also had neck and back pain.
After a couple of treatment, it dramatically improved and I've noticed considerable improvement with each session. Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable, kind and positive. He listens to my concerns and has provided me with attentive and effective treatments.
Additionally, Pinetree Acupuncture provides pre-approved treatment by ICBC so it's very convenient.

This was my first ever experience with acupuncture and TCM. It was a wonderfully different experience compared to previous visits to a Western GP, my practitioner took time listening to my concerns/ things I had tried before and really getting to know as much as he could. He explained every thing, what the aims of treatment were, what he has doing and the reasons behind it and set out a clear plan for the next couple of sessions. I felt truly looked after, I am so happy I gave it a go, looking forward to my next appointment.Jenni
