Decent store, their product is almost always the same nothing exciting.
However if you need help or any form of customer service, I would recommend calling their 1800 number for any help. Otherwise you can't really complain about the in-store service because their is none!

Great selection and friendly staff. I am happiest when o don’t see pets up for adoption there … but If it is a good spot where they can be shown and adopted to good homes… that can’t be bad. Staff very knowledgeable.
