“Our dog had a partial ACL tear over the winter and she had PRP. Although the PRP was successful, she wasn't recovering fully after several months. She continued to limp and we could see her injured leg was getting weaker.We decided to start the 12-week program at Aquapaws and it 100% worked. She is fully back to her long walks and some gentle ball play for now. After laying for a while she limps a bit since it gets sore, and prefers to put less weight on the leg when standing. I fully recommend Aquapaws with their well-rounded approach in rehab.At times there is disorganization in the program and that you'll have to be very committed on your end doing the homework 2-3x/week for proper results. You'll have to be patient with the results but I found significant changes every few weeks where she could obviously do more and was more comfortable.“

“Christina, Victoria, and Sabrina all went above and beyond looking after me and my pup. We were just traveling through town for one day and I needed a safe place for my dog to stretch his legs after a long flight, and to get a nice bath and tidy while I was busy for a few hours. Christina and Victoria helped plan our stay and upon arrival they were expecting and ready for us. Sabrina the groomer did an exceptional job giving my dog the nail buff and trim exactly as I asked for. My dog enjoyed playing with all the other doggies at daycare. Everyone who works there is also exceptionally kind and welcoming and you really get the vibe of a locally owned community business which feels good to be supporting. Next time I’m visiting Vancouver, I will plan around another daycare and spa appt for my happily retuning pup.“

“We have been taking our French Bulldog to JetPet OV for about 2 years - almost every day of the work week - and it has been a fantastic experience. He always leaves happy and tired, and he always looks forward to going. The staff are excellent and treat him like their own, and his socialization is great as a result of the time he spends there. If there is ever any issue at all the staff are quick to communicate. Once when our dog was boarding and seemed a little unwell the staff went above and beyond to make sure he was ok and we felt he was in the best hands. I’m very surprised by the few negative reviews here - not our experience at all. Sure it smells of dog pee but for an indoor facility I’m not sure what people expect. JetPet OV is great!!!“

“DogSmart Training is such a wonderful place. I've brought all my dogs here from puppies classes to their adult classes.

The trainers will not coddle you; they're here for your dog's best interest and will not sugar coat anything. This is what I love about this place. Their prime goal is to ensure you have the best tools for your dogs well being.

I'm sad that they're no longer at their original location, but will continue to bring my dogs here as long as they're offering classes.“
