I had 2 AC units installed in my apartment. Travis and his team provided the best service I could have hoped for. They were prompt with their communication, professional and caring. They have gone over and above and I would highly recommend their services.
Can’t say enough great things about Eric, Riley. Isaac and the owner Travis. They showed up on time and got the heat pump installed quickly. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable(I had a lot of questions?). Our house is finally a comfortable temperature in the summer. The only thing I regret is not installing a heat pump sooner. I recently had Travis and Nova Heating & AC install a mini split with dual heads in a condo, and I couldn't be more impressed. They handled all the strata requirements seamlessly, referred other necessary trades, and completed everything on time and within budget. The quality of their work was outstanding. Being a family business, they were professional, reliable, and easy to deal with. If you're looking to get a mini split dual vent AC installed, I highly recommend Travis and Nova!
