We had Fernando come to deal with a blocked toilet. I called Milani at about 11 am and they were able to get a technician out by 2 pm which was great. They were clear upfront about the charges for the visit. Fernando was polite, left everything clean, knew exactly what needed to be done, unblocked the toilet (phew) and had a professional sense of humour. I would definitely recommend Fernando. He saved us from poopmageddon!
