There are those few occasions in life when one feel's completely vulnerable. Having an electrical or plumbing emergency certainly qualifies. On Friday August 9, I received a call from my ninety-plus year old mother who lives alone, stating that her kitchen floor was covered in water. Soon after I contacted a friend who is a professional building appraiser for advice. Without hesitation he recommended that I contact, in his opinion, the best plumber on the North Shore. Andrea, Rudi and Ian worked miracles! They turned a basement laundry room into a functional kitchen/laundry with plenty of storage space and everything in easy reach. They are a great team.
After three failed contractors due to sloppy workmanship, I decided to use Kodiak Heating and Plumbing to help me complete my renovations. They were outstanding! They took the time to listen to my concerns, come up with a plan, and follow through with excellent results. Whenever any problems came up, Andrea was on hand to deal with any issues or concerns. Rudi with his expertise was able to tackle a heating issue that no one before him was able to fix. Thanks to them the rest of the renovations went smoothly.
