From the first time walking into JP Volvo North Vancouver Savanah P. was a fantastic asset d salesperson to work with. She has an incredible depth of knowledge about the vehicles, finding answers to questions we had, to trying to find the right inventory for our needs and budget.We ended up with a great XC90 to replace our XC60. Have brought my vehicles here for years, unfortunately the shuttle never seemed to arrive and I wasn't able to get a time for it's arrival...ended up having to get an Uber. Went to pick up up the car, paid for servicing and after 15 minutes the car showed up unwashed... disappointed
