We hired Paul from Gorilla Property Services North Vancouver to put up and take down our Christmas lights this past Christmas. The service up front was great and they installed them very well. But when they took down our lights (of which we paid $1200 for and are our property) they took our lights with them when they left and are now not returning our calls, emails or text messages. I feel like our property has been stolen from us and I would really appreciate a call back and our lights to be returned to us promptly.

Beware of this company. They damaged my window over 3 years ago and I’m still trying to get them to repair it. At this point I’m ready to take this to court as they have nothing but to waste my time sending contractors for an estimate then stop communicating for a few months.. there has been an ongoing battle between them and my strata and our patience is running thin… I’m going to contact news for this as well.. this is a scam and people should be very careful using their services… watch out everyone

I am really disappointed with Gorilla Property Services. I was hoping for them to come back this year to power wash my house and wash the windows. Last year they did such an excellent job at a very reasonable price (amazing customer service) so I was looking forward to getting them back again. Unfortunately I have reached out to them four times now - phone calls and emails - over the past two months and no one has ever called me back to schedule it in.
