Azi & the delivery man were super kind, courteous, patient & determined to ensure the flowers were delivered ASAP & we faced each & all the challenges & jumped through all the hoops & working together as a strong team, in the end, we were successful. It's quite unfortunate, since COVID hit, our world has become demanding,rude, angry, impatient, abusive, on the verge of becoming dangerous.
