I have been bringing my various cars to Jason and the rest of the guys at esplanade for around 5 years. They are always great about calling me to ensure that I have a full understanding of the work required and an exact cost before getting started. They have always impressed!

A++++I am really fortunate to have found these guys at Esplanade Auto House! They take excellent care of my Volkswagen Golf and their customer service is second to none.Jason, who manages the service centre, is super friendly and great to work with, always really professional and eager to help me out -- I've never seen Jason when he's not smiling and laughing!Otto is my mechanic and this guy knows his stuff super well. I was recommended to Esplanade Auto House by a friend of my mother's who owns a few older Bimmers. I have a 2001 325i and had it towed to their shop (the fan blades had done some extensive damage under the hood to the point where the car wasn't drivable).As soon as I arrived I felt right at home and they went straight to work and had my car running again within days. Nothing was ever pushed or rushed and they ensured all of my questions were answered before proceeding with repairs.
