The door knob to our "high traffic" door between our house and garage completely disintegrated and we were suddenly unable to use the door. This meant going outside and around to get into our garage. Thankfully, Jim was able to swing by within the hour, pulled everything out, installed a new door handle and was gone within 10 minutes. He's a miracle worker! We will definitely recommend and use him again.
Needed a locksmith after a break-in at my retail store on the Sunday of a sunny long weekend. Empey showed up promptly, fixed the door, installed a new lock, and was friendly and professional. Let's hope I don't need them again for THAT situation, but they will be my go-to locksmiths in the future. Thanks!
