Just bought my dream car and needed a reasonable place to service as the Manufacturer's service charges are ridiculous. I was pleasantly surprised by the honesty and integrity Hong brings to the car business. He could have recommended services that I didn't need but his values and work were beyond what I was expecting. I will be telling my friends about him for sure and I now have a repair facility to go to for all future work. The funny thing is, I've worked at an auto dealership for 18 years with a full service dept. but am choosing Hong.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

Hong serviced my Japanese and German cars for 10 years. I am planning to remain his loyal customer for a foreseeable future. Great service, professional attitude, zero bs. Hong's helpers are great folks too.

I was recommended Chen Auto by a friend of my dad's and while I don't have a lot of knowledge when it comes to cars or auto repair, I found Hong to be very down to Earth and honest when it came to what I should and shouldn't spend money on. I have a 2004 Honda Civic that is easily on its last year or two that had the engine light come on. Though I had already gotten an assessment done at Honda, I was advised by family friends to have Hong take a look. He didn't charge me for the assessment and we even grabbed a coffee while I waited for his team to determine what was wrong. I also liked that he didn't trash talk the assessment Honda gave. I ended up needing a new O2 sensor which Hong got the part for and replaced within two hours and when I drove home, I also realized that they had set the proper time on my clock as well as I HATE changing it for Daylight Savings. I'm not the most comfortable with cars or getting repairs done, but I felt like Hong was giving it to me straight the whole time while being polite and professional. He also seemed really well-liked at the place we went to get coffee and with the clients who came in a steady stream while I waited. I would definitely recommend this man and will be going back for any future car needs!
