Burrard Roofing did repairs and maintenance to two roofs in our strata complex. Cody was the lead contact for me and did an excellent job of communicating and keeping me informed at all stages. He responded quickly to my first request, and came on site to review within a few days. I then received a quote in a short time and work was scheduled as soon as we approved, and based on the weather. The work was done over the next two weeks. I was always informed if any unforeseen issues arose, and I was given the opportunity to do a walk through with discussion once the work was completed.
Overall an excellent experience.
We worked with Cody to get a quote for our complex's roof-replacement project.It was very easy to communicate with him. Every time and in every interaction, he was always very professional and approachable.At the end we decided to choose other material for our roofing project and as a result chose another company but Cody and Burrard roofing was part of the shortlist and I'm sure they were doing a great job
Excellent experience from start to finish! Called about a leak in my Tar & Gravel roof and Wally the owner showed up the same day to have a look and get me a quote. In the meantime, he even sent over his crew to put a temporary tarp over the leak the same afternoon until they could install a new roof. Their price was very fair and I had others in the industry vouch for their work as references. Once I gave them the go ahead they showed up the next dry day (a week later) to start the work . Their crew of about 8 finished the bulk of the reroofing in one day and finished the final flashing trim the following day. They took away all of the old parts of the old roof... read full review
