“Upon entering the salon, I was welcomed warmly by Mika (despite getting her name wrong) and was promptly introduced to Yanu as well as Yoko. The salon was well-designed - inspired by Japanese elements - and it smelled light and fresh which made me feel immediately relaxed. After sitting on the salon chair I had my scalp assessment, with thorough explanation as to its current condition and the corresponding treatment it would need. Each product that was used was explained in detail before and after the treatment - so should you decide to buy the product, you know what its benefits would be. The treatment in itself was pure bliss - from the hair brushing, shampooing, scalp massage - each was done with precision and care that I found myself lulled to sleep. I would definitely be a returning customer and cannot wait for my mum and my sister to try it as well.“
