As an aging senior I wanted to build some core strength and muscle. I have been seeing Irina twice a week for a total of 24 sessions. I have enjoyed each session as Irina takes her time to explain what we are doing, why we are doing the exercise and how to use the machines properly. I have definitely noticed a difference in my posture and my ability to do every day activities as simple as getting up off the couch without any assistance. I highly recommend Irina as a personal coach.
