Dana is a real professional - had two Persiain carpets that needed washing and care. Pickup and drop off were seemless, with the final cost being very reasonable. Thanks very much - will upload pictures once renos are done.
Saracares is the best carpet cleaners we have ever used. We have used this company for the last 9 years on and off. We used them for the first time 9 years ago when we moved and they were able to clean the townhouse we moved from and the carpets were like brand new. Every time Dana comes over to clean, he is professional, kind and really wants to make sure that our carpets look like new again. We did use a different company three years ago on advice from a neighbour because we were desperate as we had company coming from out of town unexpectedly and the other company was next door cleaning and were able to squeeze us in same day. I was very impressed with the service provided by Saracares. The technician was prompt & professional, and the carpets look brand new. I would definitely hire this company again in the future.
