I've been seeing Lindsay for a little over two years. She is remarkably competent and skillful with deep understanding of the mechanics of the pain. Lindsay is very efficient at relieving my chronic pains and readily offers explanations and physical exercises to practise at home. She is an excellent physiotherapist and I'm so grateful for all her help.

Shawn is amazing!! Easily the best physio experience I've ever had. He takes the time to explain things on a level I can understand, and never rushes me in or out the door. I highly recommend these guys!! They really know what's up!!??

I'm on the road to recovery after seeing Shawn at Restore Physio! I would highly recommend Shawn to anyone who is looking for or needing a Physiotherapist. He definitely is attentive to your problems, and compassionate. He walks you through everything step by step with patients and knowledge which indicated to me his diagnosis and plan is tailored around your specific needs. He also emails your exercises right after your visit which you can follow along with on your phone or computer, which I found super valuable.
