Called to have laptop fixed guy who answered the phone was very rude didn't even say the business when answering so I had to ask if it was even the lap top store. He told me to just bring it in so I go to the new west location like it shows in Maps and like the name and the store is net even there any more. Absolute waist of time
I'm a New Westminster business owner and I really appreciate other local businesses. I'm also a gamer and when my gaming laptop had a broken port and screen I was pretty heartbroken. New West Laptops was fantastic to deal with and I have my baby back and better than ever. I can't express how happy I am with their service. Totally 5 star service!
Although I decided not to repair my laptop due to personal reason at the end, I want to give Alex a positive review. He was patient about my inquiry and tried to find an economical solution for me.
