This was, hands down, one of the best massages I've ever experienced. Sophia was incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and we had such a lovely conversation throughout. “I have been going to Mike Grewal RMT at Royal City Massage Therapy for at least six years now. I am on a regular maintenance schedule and have an appointment booked monthly.Mikey provides premiere massage therapy service and I highly recommend the services provided by this clinic. Mikey focuses on my lower back, shoulders and neck and hips and legs - I have so many painful areas arising from my desk job and sitting too many hours hunched in front my computer. He goes beyond massage treatment by suggesting other exercises and stretches that I can work on myself to improve my condition. Unfortunately I am not as dedicated to doing the work as Mike is! I’ll get there!I also want to recognize the friendly and professional staff at the front desk. They always acknowledge me by name when I walk in the door. They are efficient in submitting my group health claim form to my insurance carrier and all the paperwork is taken care of for me.The clinic is well-located in the Royal City Mall, with parking available. Lucky for me, Nik was.He massaged my knee and whatever else he considered essential.The next day, my pain had decreased from 7/10 to 4/10. “My first time at this clinic and it was a wonderful experience. The quality of Lili's massage was great. Her techniques were just so professional, deep and complete. A special great surprise is when the massage process was over, she used warm towels to cover the part of my body to prolong the coziness and relaxation. “It has been many years since I needed the services of a RMT, but over the last few years the tension in my neck and shoulders had been building and so I did some research. Landed on the Clinic as it looked promising, it was in downtown New West and within easy walking distance. I chose to make an appointment with Broxton as he appeared to have the knowledge base and experience I was looking for. Lucky me. The building is very secure and the room was nicely appointed. My first session was great. Broxton asked the right questions and was very caring. I have booked a follow up and recommend him.“
