“After calling several plumbers who were too busy to come out, he came out within the hour and didn't charge the standard inspection fee as he trusted that I needed the work to be done that day. We had two sinks from the bathroom and kitchen that were connected that clogged as the previous plumber did a poor job on the piping and only had 1 p trap with no clean out. I was impressed with his recommendation to fix the clogging by installing 2p traps with modern clean out caps. He also redid the piping and unclogged all the pipes in our house with special industrial cleaning powder and hot water. His rates were also very reasonable, so I highly recommend this company. No need to get multiple quotes when you deal with this honest, reputable, knowledgeable and professional company.“

“Omid was great. We replaced our 10 year old tank with a tankless Rinnai 199iN. Once our appointment was confirmed, he came on-time. Work was done professionally and they left the place clean. I had a couple of "extras" that I had Omid do and it was all to my satisfaction. They also didn't mind me hovering over them time to time so it was a great experience for me as well. Will deal with Omid again when our furnace needs replacing. Also need mentioning that whoever is on the fence with a tankless, take the plunge - it's a game changer in our household!“
