“I cannot recommend the services of Andrew (Andy) at BC Fireplace enough. Along with the administrative staff he took the time to review a video of our fireplace's defect even before visiting. Right after the service visit had concluded and the bill paid, I had noticed a slight barely perceptible problem. As Andy was about to drive away, I hailed him, and brought the problem to his attention. At no additional cost, he happily came back inside to re-troubleshoot the system for another 30 minutes, and installed 2 new components into the fireplace "just to be safe". The problem has not arisen since, and I credit it all to Andy's dogged persistence of the matter. Thank you, again!“
