BOTH KIM and LAN are gifted hairstylists. They always take the time to ask me things to ensure that we’re on the same page before cutting my hair. I change my hair often so I keep them on their toes. With more than 5 years of service from Kim and Lan, I have never had a haircut I was unsatisfied with. Not only are the cuts to my satisfaction, the shop itself has a warm and cozy neighbourhood vibe. It is often filled with great conversations and laughter as the ladies and clients catch up or get to know one another. We go there for our daughter's haircuts, and it's amazing! She always feels scared at first, but they adapt to younger children very well, and even have some lollipop bribes if needed ;)

I have tried many hair stylists and am never satisfied walking out. Today Lan did highlights in my hair and not was she only so detailed, but she did such an amazing job. My hair is very stubborn and takes a long time to process, but Lan was so patient. Haven’t felt like a million bucks walking out of a hair salon in a long time. Thank you Lan!
