He authentically goes out of his way to help you out with every little detail, also very patient to teach you a couple of things if you want to understand a bit more about whats going on with your computer. very knowledgable guy. After all these years I finally contracted some sort of virus or malware on my laptop, and this was getting on in the late evening, but thankfully he was open till 10, put in a new and better hard drive and gave me options as to what to do with the old one.
