Although I will say that $110 for 20 min session seems quite expensive.“

“Had the most random injury ever and partially tore a tendon in my middle finger. My finger could not be straightened(first photo). Ended up going to Trailside Physio and working with Amanda on getting it back to normal.

The treatment seemed weird at first but Amanda knew exactly what she was doing and months later my finger is back to normal (second photo)

I'd definitely recommend meeting with Amanda and Trailside Physio for anyone looking for physio treatment.“

“I was recommended to this location from a coworker. Since it's across from work, I figure I could attend during my break. I've been here a few times and had two different RMTs. The First Lady was awful. She talked too much and came off condescending. I asked her to ease up on the pressure and she didn't listen. I was sore and couldn't turn my neck the next day, never went back to her after that. I decided to try another RMT and he was okay. He had good music but talked too much. Finally a spot with Javier opened up so I took it. I knew there was something special about him since his schedule was always booked up in advance. Javier is probably one of the best RMT I've ever had. He knows the body very well and is very professional. One of the most relaxing massages, I got up and felt awake and rejuvenated. The next day, I felt really good and less tight and stiff. I have since booked my next sessions in the upcoming months with him. Been recommending him to everyone including my bf. Even the receptionist at the front said he's one of their best and I 100% agree.“

“Dr. Alexander Lee came highly recommended by my husband and also my sister, so when I was dealing with lower back/knee pain, I made an appointment with him. He did not disappoint! I left feeling a lot better than when I walked in. 2 days later I am feeling even more relief. He also gave me some stretches to do as I am a runner and a baker so I am prone to these sorts of aches and pains.
