1 star actually... site automatically put 5 star... lol clean shop. decided to treat myself with a face trim and tidy. guy was short on words, pretty much just said "sure sure" as if he understood I wanted a trim and tidy up. He cut off my beard. I didn't ask for that. Absolutely no cream or any liquid was used, only a electric trimmer which nicked my neck in several places, now it is all scratched and painful. As such, my experience was horrible, he was uncaring of his customer and was unsure what his customer wanted and didn't ask his customer to be clear. Sept 17th at about 1pm
